Unable to use the course.
I had purchased a course with a different email than the account where I normally accessed my courses.
Although it took several times of communication and I might have just given up, the support at Domestika kept asking until they found a solution that pleased me completely.

Cynical pricing system
Some good courses but the overall experiences is very poor. Firstly, the cynical pricing systems is quite dishonest in its nature and clearly designed to try and trick its own customers. Just price the course fairly to start with rather the adjusting the sale prices every few days. Secondly despite not subscribing to marketing emails and then unsubscribing from marketing emails a number of times, the marketing emails still come in abundance. And finally, the subtitles only work for a few videos so you can’t understand a lot of the content you paid for.
Update: changed score from 2 to 1 star. Despite the reply on here, I’ve received no response to my emails and I’m still inundated by marketing emails despite unsubscribing numerous times. Previously I’ve received no reply when seeking support for issues with their app. I’m not even sure they have a customer service department.

I love the content and vast variety of content. The availability and thorough walk through of the classes are amazing. Wish some of the profile features were easier to update but this could have just been an issue with my account. Either way a representative emailed me pretty quickly and was super thorough when assisting me with my issue.

My Journey with Domestika
My experience with Domestika courses are very good.
In such a short amount of time, I have learnt the languages and explore the artists of Latin America and Europe.
My heart is connected with the Arts regardless of my background in Computer Science.
Because of Domestika I realise I enjoy Creative Arts.
Furthermore, my experience with the Customer services is also good.
